Through these courses, we not only empower women by helping them enhance their skills but WCCIB also provides them with financial assistance so they can become both socially and financially stable.

Our late Founder Ms. Shireen Arshad Khan received the Athena Certificate of Excellence from Athena International in partnership with South Asian Women Development Forum. Ms. Shireen stood firm for women's empowerment and provided them a safe platform through which they can take risks and initiatives to make a difference in their life.
Under Phase 2 of Hunarmand Khatoon Training Program, several women were trained at Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bahawalpur. Through our Stitching and Embroidery courses, we assisted the underprivileged women of South Punjab enhance their skills and link them to market to help them financially secure their future.

She received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Honourable Governor of Punjab, Mr. Baligh-ur-Rehman, on behalf of Ms. Shireen Arshad Khan (late), Founder of WCCIB.

Ms. Naheed Masud, President Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bahawalpur Division held a meeting with Senior Director of Pakistan Scientific and Technological Information Centre (PASTIC) Dr. Saima Huma Tanveer for collaborative projects with WCCIB through which women entrepreneurs of South Punjab will be linked to Digital Marketplaces.
An MOU was signed between Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bahawalpur Division and Corvit Systems Bahawalpur. The signing ceremony was attended by the Senior Vice President of WCCIB, Ms. Irum Tahir, EC Member, Ms. Shamim Fatima. From Corvit, Mr. Sohaib Arshad, Regional Director South Punjab and the Principal, Mr. Ali Shabbir.
